LocalCheck is a technology platform developed by KonnektWerk whose purpose is to provide indicative information on the urban-planning feasibility of setting up economic activities in commercial premises, offices, industrial warehouses and other properties.

Under the same website and ownership, KonnektWerk also operates PropCheck, an independent property due-diligence service aimed at anyone buying or investing in homes, land or whole buildings, with the same informative and indicative nature described in this Legal Notice.

The platform automatically analyses information from public and official sources to give the user a preliminary assessment of the property queried.

Accessing the website confers user status and implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice.

Access to LocalCheck is free of charge, without prejudice to certain services or features being subject to a paid contract or subscription.

The user agrees to use the website diligently, in accordance with applicable law, good faith, public order and this Legal Notice.

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Using the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Altering the normal operation of the platform.
