- ✓Whether housing is permitted there under BauNVO §§ 3–9, quoting the section
- ✓Parcel from the official ALKIS cadastre (Gemarkung, Flur, number, area)
- ✓Residents nearby from Census 2022
Not included yet: flood risk, noise, listed buildings (Denkmalschutz), Milieuschutz and land values (Bodenrichtwert). Vera tells you so instead of guessing.
