Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise it you must inform us — KonnektWerk Tech & Entertainment S.L.U., C/ Enamorats 81, Local A2, 08013 Barcelona, España — contacto@localcheck.info — by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model form below, though it is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your communication before the period expires.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days of the day we are informed of your decision.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result.

The report is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium: it is generated and delivered immediately after payment.

Your right of withdrawal is therefore lost once performance has begun, provided you have previously:

• expressly requested that performance begin before the withdrawal period ends, and
• acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

You confirm both when purchasing, by ticking the corresponding box. We store that confirmation with a timestamp and send you the contract confirmation by email.

As long as you do not give that consent, your right of withdrawal remains fully intact.
