Commitment

KonnektWerk Tech & Entertainment S.L.U. is committed to making localcheck.info usable by as many people as possible, regardless of their abilities.

The target is level AA of WCAG 2.2, the benchmark referenced by Directive (EU) 2019/882 and the harmonised standard EN 301 549.

Current status: partially compliant

We declare the site partially compliant, and explain the basis for this, because claiming full compliance without a complete audit would be false.

Verified and fixed (21 August 2026):

  • Each page's language is correctly declared in all seven portal languages (WCAG 3.1.1). Previously all pages declared Spanish.
  • Colour-palette contrast: the brand text colour now reaches 5.13:1 on white and 4.65:1 on the soft background; the main button reaches 5.13:1 with its white text (WCAG 1.4.3).
  • A visible, consistent focus indicator across all interactive elements, 3 px wide with 9.34:1 contrast (WCAG 2.4.7 and 2.4.11). There was previously none of our own.
  • A skip-to-main-content link (WCAG 2.4.1).
  • Structure with headings and an identified main region; images with alt text.

Not yet audited, and therefore without any guarantee of compliance:

  • A full screen-reader walkthrough (NVDA, VoiceOver) of the sign-up forms, the search page and the map.
  • The interactive map: an equivalent non-visual alternative is still to be designed.
  • The PDF reports, which are not tagged as accessible PDFs.
  • Behaviour at 400% zoom and with increased text spacing.
