Before you buy or invest, verify what actually matters
More than a home or an investment — shelter and security.
Homes, land and whole buildings in the City of Buenos Aires. An objective report, every fact cited to its source — for anyone about to commit capital who wants certainty, not a promise.

Verify a property with Vera
Tell Vera, your virtual advisor, the address and she'll tell you its legal/zoning status and the real profile of the area -- no verdict, just facts, each one with its source.
Vera verifies addresses in the City of Buenos Aires against the official Urban Code and data from the City's Statistics Office (GCBA/DGEyC).
How it works
Tell Vera which address you're interested in
Buying, renting or managing for someone else — it doesn't matter. Tell Vera the exact address and she takes it from there. Your property is never published anywhere.
She tells you what's really there, not what you want to hear
Zoning, heritage-protection notices, comuna income — every fact with its source. Never a "yes" or a "no": you decide with the information in front of you.
Share it whenever and with whoever you want
Are you an agency or agent? Send it to your client with a private link — it never shows up in a search engine or on a public map.
What we verify in Buenos Aires

What we don't have loaded for Buenos Aires yet
Bus routes (the network is huge and changes often, so for now we only cover subway and train). We say so up front — it's being added over time. On heritage listing: we know whether a parcel is listed and its protection level, but we can't yet cite the exact article that distinguishes each level in practice — that detail sits in an official annex we haven't been able to read in full yet.
